Luigi Manias's organic wildflower honey from the Monte Arci Park.
It contains the typical spontaneous blooms of the Marmilla area: Asphodel , Sulla , Thistle , Lavandula , Thyme and Cistus. This unique mix allows this wildflower to stand out.
It is a wild millefiori and like all artisanal honeys its flavor varies slightly from year to year.
It has a delicate, fresh and slightly fruity flavour. A unique honey still produced today in an artisanal way. It has not undergone heat treatments and for this reason it has an irregular crystallization.
COLLECTION AREA . Collected exclusively from spontaneous flora in an absolutely uncontaminated area: Monte Arci Park - Ales countryside. It is a park of inestimable naturalistic value, here you can find much of the typical Sardinian vegetation.
HIGH QUALITY ORGANIC . Organic wildflower honey harvested where plants and bees do not suffer accidental contamination from pesticides, herbicides and heavy metals.
