• Candied orange, produced using traditional methods. It has a soft texture and sweet flavour.
• Type 0 Tuscan wheat flour, less refined and healthier than the Type 00 flour commonly used in fine baking.

Our Panforte no contains:

• Refined vegetable fats (such as palm oil, sunflower oil, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids).
• Preservatives.
• Synthetic or artificial flavourings.
