100% Italian organic peaches for this organic compote with no added sugar or sweeteners.
Authentic Taste : its colour and natural flavour make it an excellent product. Each jar of compote requires approximately 420g of fresh peaches.

Single-ingredient compote made with 100% organic Emilia Romagna peaches, harvested at the right stage of ripeness.
No added sugars
A far cry from traditional stewed fruit sweetened with fruit juice (apple), grape juice or cane sugar.
Low sugar level
This compote is naturally sweet and contains only 19 g of sugar, whereas commercial organic compote can contain over 45-50g of sugar/100g.
Without additives
Most commercial jams, preserves and compotes contain numerous unhealthy additives. Our stewed fruit is:
- No thickeners (pectin)
- No acidity regulators (citric acid)
- No stabilizers
- No preservatives and colorants
Delicate processing
A special low-temperature process gives our peach compote a soft consistency, making it ideal for spreading and many other uses.

Instructions
Peach compote can be enjoyed simply spread on a slice of bread.
It can become an excellent ingredient for the preparation of delicious desserts and tarts.
Storage : in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in the fridge and consume within 4/5 days.
