It is a raw propolis from scraping obtained exclusively with natural methods - without creating any disturbance to the bees.

Collected from the internal surfaces of the hive, this propolis is very concentrated. It has a high percentage of resins , a substance in which most of the active ingredients of propolis are contained, including flavonoids.

The freshly harvested propolis is then meticulously processed by hand to remove any impurities present and stored in the freezer.

Artisanal production. It is packaged in small batch jars shortly before shipping to The Honeyland.

Flavour : this raw propolis has a balsamic, aromatic, pungent flavour.
