A herbal tea created with wild and organically grown herbs all harvested in Alto Adige. Strictly in leaves to best preserve all the active ingredients present in the herbal tea: lemon balm, lime, sweet mint, cornflower flowers and calendula:

1. LEMON BALM (Melissa off. L) The leaves are very useful in calming herbal teas for children , where they give a very pleasant lemon flavour. Its use is particularly indicated in cases of general irritability, insomnia caused by excessive tiredness, nervousness. Thanks to the presence of essential oil (0.5%) it presents:

• Calming action on the nervous system.
• Relaxing action on the muscles.

2. SWEET MINT (Mentha spicata L.) or spearmint is useful against gastric disorders, spasms, meteorism or motion sickness, moderate nervousness, liver disorders. Thanks to the flavonoids present in the leaves which have:

• Carminative activities: promote the elimination of air from the stomach and intestines, promote appetite and good digestion;
• Anti-fermentative activity at the intestinal level.

3. LIME (Tilia tomentosa) Excellent antispasmodic, has a relaxing effect on the nervous system. It also has emollient and expectorant properties and therefore an effective remedy against coughs .

4. CORNFLOWER FLOWERS of intense blue colour, which contain anthocyanins (with antiseptic and anti-inflammatory action), bitter principles (which act as digestives) and flavonoids, with a delicate diuretic effect.

5. CALENDULA (Calendula officinalis L.) the flowers are used in herbal tea for their hypotensive and antispasmodic properties.

6. SAGE (Salvia officinalis) has antibacterial properties and is therefore indicated for the prevention and treatment of respiratory tract diseases such as coughs, colds and sore throats. It also has the property of stimulating the secretion of gastric juices and is therefore considered an excellent digestive .
