Description
This spreadable carob cream is made with organic Ispica sesame and organic Sicilian carob flour. A unique alternative to classic sesame cream, it incorporates the benefits of carob, known for being high in fibre and low in fat. It is a rich source of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, including B vitamins (B2, B3, B6) and essential minerals such as copper, calcium, manganese, potassium, magnesium, zinc and selenium. It is also caffeine free and gluten free.
Its creamy texture and low sugar content make it perfect as a spread.

Instructions
The Honeyland Council for breakfast : to try spread on a slice of wholemeal bread.
Halva : This carob tahini is ideal for making halva at home, a sweet popular in Turkey and other Middle Eastern countries.
Note : The possible separation of oil is a sign of quality and authenticity, as no thickeners are used. Stir before use.
Storage : Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in the refrigerator.
