This Sulla honey is collected exclusively from wild flowers in the Castelmezzano area, a small village immersed in the Lucanian Dolomites.

The hives positioned at about 800 meters above sea level in an uncontaminated area make it a truly prized honey. A limited production honey.

It is a sweet and delicate honey but with small aromatic nuances that are very pleasant on the palate.

It crystallizes finely, is dense and creamy and therefore excellent for spreading . A honey that represents an excellent alternative to our organic acacia honey .

The organic Sulla honey from the Valle Natale farm is NOT pasteurized and does not undergo any heat treatment. It is extracted by cold centrifugation and is obtained using organic beekeeping methods.
