Description
This sulla honey is produced in the Marmilla region, in the central-southern part of Sardinia.
Marmilla is a paradise for nature lovers, featuring rolling hills, wild Giara horses (the last population of wild horses in Europe) and breathtaking views from Monte Arci.
It is here, in this pristine setting, that Daniele Cossu places his hives to produce this prized honey.
It has a fine, creamy texture that is almost velvety. It is a gentle honey with a pronounced sweetness and refreshing vegetal notes.
As an artisanal product, its characteristics may vary slightly from year to year.
