This organic honey is produced between the end of April and the beginning of May, it comes from spontaneous flowering, when the blooms are very lush and the bees can collect a lot of nectar.

Sulla organic honey is clear to the eye, almost white, very delicate and fragrant, with fruity and slightly floral aromatic notes. It crystallizes quickly with a very fine texture, making it soft and easy to spread. Much appreciated by children for its delicate and not excessive sweetness.
