Tips: Sencha contains less caffeine than Gyokuro and Matcha. Best enjoyed in the morning or afternoon, not recommended for the evening.
Brewing Instructions: 80°C for 3 min.
Sencha green tea requires sub-boiling water — higher temperatures will make the brew bitter.
Dosage: 3g of loose tea (about 1 teaspoon) per 200ml mug.
For 1 liter, use 12g (about 4 teaspoons).
Excellent iced as a refreshing drink: 3-4 teaspoons per 1 liter. Allow to cool, then add ice.
Store in the refrigerator.
