Unlike many nougats, Tonara torrone contains unroasted walnuts, which give the dough a delightful softness enriched by the nut's natural oils. The result is a sweet and delicate flavour that recalls the essence of Sardinian tradition.

Instructions
Thanks to the high honey content, storage at temperatures below 15° makes it particularly crumbly.
The only cold-friendly nougat is the one made exclusively with honey. To obtain this effect, before serving our nougat you can keep it in the fridge or freezer.
Serve our nougat cold, it will melt in your mouth, releasing all the flavors of honey and the aroma of dried fruit essences.
