A honey collected on Monte Rosa, over 1200 metres above sea level. In these places where there is no agriculture, only sun, water and clean air, the bees collect the nectar of raspberries, rhododendrons, epilobium and meadow flowers before mowing.

Its flavour is unmistakable, very fruity and floral. Monte Rosa honey is produced according to organic beekeeping methods. It is not pasteurised, extracted by cold centrifugation and has not undergone any heat treatment. A raw honey.

The colour is light amber, it tends to crystallize with fine crystals and when it crystallizes the colour becomes lighter.
