Fresh Organic Aloe Vera – Unpasteurized

Fresh Organic Aloe Vera – Unpasteurized

Fresh, organic, unpasteurized Aloe Vera is fundamentally different from industrial products. It is not reconstituted from powder, not pasteurized, and not irradiated. It is fresh gel pressed from the inner leaf pulp—as close to the living plant as it gets. This process keeps all ~200 bioactive components intact: enzymes, vitamins, essential amino acids, and acemannan—the most researched polysaccharide for its immunomodulating properties.

After evaluating over 50 producers across Italy and Europe, we selected only 2 small artisanal farms in Southern Spain. This region offers the perfect climate for Aloe barbadensis Miller, and these producers are the only ones who meet our rigorous quality standards.

Our 5 selection criteria:

  • Open-field cultivation (no greenhouses): Our plants grow in direct sunlight in Andalusia, developing a denser gel that is richer in active principles than greenhouse-grown crops.
  • NOT RECONSTITUTED FROM CONCENTRATE: Only fresh gel is pressed from the mucilage of the inner pulp. There is no dilution or artificial reconstruction. The thick consistency is real and not simulated with thickeners. It is simply fresh-pressed inner leaf gel.
  • Free from anthraquinone (no aloin), but not irradiated. We avoid the chemical treatments and physical filtration methods commonly used in mass-market aloe production.
  • Unpasteurised: This process preserves approximately 200 bioactive components of the fresh plant, including enzymes, vitamins, essential amino acids and precious polysaccharides such as acemannan.
  • Opaque anti-UV glass packaging.

Recent scientific studies have shown that only fresh aloe vera gel possesses anti-inflammatory properties that are beneficial to the digestive and intestinal systems, as well as supporting the immune system. Our fresh, organic aloe vera gel provides all the benefits of the plant, making it one of the best aloe vera products on the Italian and European markets.

Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on your goal. Our drinking gel and juice work from the inside out, supporting the digestive system, intestinal health, and the immune system. Our cosmetics work from the outside in, hydrating, soothing, and regenerating the skin. These two approaches are complementary—many customers use them together, especially those with dry or sensitive skin who also want digestive support.

The typical serving is 30 ml, once or twice a day, preferably on an empty stomach before meals. The benefits are usually most noticeable after a continuous cycle of 4–8 weeks. Many customers use it in 2–3 month cycles, followed by a short break. Detailed instructions for each specific product can be found on their respective product pages.

We always recommend consulting your doctor before taking drinking Aloe Vera during pregnancy or breastfeeding. While Aloe-based cosmetics for topical use are generally well-tolerated, your physician remains the best point of reference for your specific situation.

Our organic Albaida and Aloe flower honey comes from the same cultivation area as our drinking Aloe, in the Murcia region. The bees forage directly from the Aloe plants as well as from Albaida (a local wild plant). It is a limited-edition product born directly from our supply chain: the same land, the same producers.
