The "Il Noce" farm was born in2015from the desire to enhance the cultivation of walnuts inTrentinofollowing the methods of organic farmingnot intensive. It has also dedicated itself to the recovery of an ancient and extraordinary variety: the Beggiana walnut typical of that area which over time has been somewhat abandoned because it has lower yields than other varieties of walnuts.
He is one of the founders of the " Confraternity of the Bleggio walnut " association, born precisely to enhance this variety.
