A bar of organic dark chocolate made exclusively in Switzerland from a rare variety of Trinitario cocoa harvested in the Udzungwa Mountains of Tanzania.
Tasting Notes
- Primary notes: Hints of orange and caramel.
- Secondary notes: Apple juice, nuts, cocoa and hay.
- Toasted aromas: Caramel.

Slow tasting
Chocolate has many flavours. The fun of tasting real chocolate is to take your time.
Let each piece melt slowly in your mouth. Resist the urge to bite.
The flavours change as the chocolate is eaten, so wait for the aftertaste.
Storage: in a cool, dry place. The ideal storage temperature is between 16°C and 22°C.
