Fresh blueberries can be consumed regularly every day, for breakfast or as a snack. Also combined with yogurt.
Since it is a seasonal fruit with a limited shelf life, take advantage of the season to fill up on the beneficial substances contained in fresh blueberries.
The recommended daily portion is approx. 90-100 gr
Storage: store in the fridge and consume within 5/6 days.
Fresh blueberries can be frozen for use even out of season.
