Rosemary is one of the most used aromatic herbs in Mediterranean cuisine. It is well suited for flavoring potatoes, risottos, red meats, but also for the preparation of bread and focaccias.
Seasoning: The best way to exploit its nutritional properties is to use it "raw". Break the needles into small fragments and immerse in extra virgin olive oil at a maximum of 40°C for 5-10 minutes. Add to vegetables and meats at the end of cooking.
Also excellent for making "rosemary flavored oil". To be left to macerate in the oil for at least four weeks.
Rosemary herbal tea : Half a teaspoon of dried rosemary in 200ml of water at 85-90°. Leave to infuse for 5 minutes, let the herbal tea rest for 2 minutes and serve. For those who want to sweeten with a touch of raw organic honey.
Hair Wellbeing . The infusion is also excellent for strengthening and giving vitality to hair. It can also be used as a final rinse instead of rosemary hydrolate.
Storage : store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
Packaging disposal : Cellophane is biodegradable.
