This saffron pistils will enhance your recipes in a unique way, starting from the classic "Saffron risotto".
 How to use saffron pistils in cooking :
- Place a little hot water and your stigmas in a coffee cup. You can also use broth or milk. It is important to keep the water temperature constant, therefore it is ideal to keep the cup in a bain-marie.
 - Cover and leave to infuse for 40/60 minutes, you will see the water color intense yellow.
 - Pour everything into your recipe, usually at the end of cooking.
 
- Treat saffron as you would matcha tea , prepare an infusion in water between 70° and 75°C:
 - Saffron risotto: the secret is to add the whole saffron at the beginning of cooking, giving it enough time to open up and create an infusion with the cooking liquid.
