Description
An organic dark chocolate bar made in Switzerland exclusively from an ancient variety of cocoa harvested in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta in northern Colombia by the Aruhaco tribe.
It takes eight hours of motorbike riding on dirt and winding roads - along muddy trails, crossing rivers on rusted wooden rafts - to reach the heart of their land, where they find an ancient and extremely rare cacao that the Aruhaco call 'Businchari', which means 'dawn and new beginning'.
An ultra-premium cocoa in harmony with their rainforest, preserving their ancient and extremely rare cocoa heritage.
