Wildflower honey typical of the mountainous areas of Sardinia has peculiar characteristics compared to other Italian wildflower honeys. New production 2021.

Mediterranean scrub honey comes exclusively from the blooms of thistle, cistus, native lavender, asphodel and rosemary . Blooms present only in this land with a unique climate in the world.

This incredible mixture of pure nectar that bees know how to expertly blend to create a honey with spicy notes and balsamic aromatic components .
