Description

Sotto una buona stella is a mixture of Pu-Erh black tea and star anise .

  • Organic black Pu-Erh tea (shu cha) : composed mainly of spring buds, with over three years of aging. An excellent product for all lovers of the Pu-Erh variety. The rich, full-bodied aroma, with delicate hints of "wet earth after a summer storm" is obtained through long maturation.
  • Organic star anise (fruits): adds a sweet flavor, in contrast to the Pu-erh , making this drink very pleasant.

Our Pu-erh blend is produced from organic cultivations where pesticides and synthetic chemicals are not used. WITHOUT: GMOs, dyes and synthetic flavors added.

DETAILS :

Origin : Yunnan Province, China.

Leaves : dark red

Infused color : dark red

Properties and benefits: Traditional Chinese medicine prescribes Pu-erh tea for its strong protective and healing properties on the gastrointestinal system. Studies carried out in recent years in France and Japan on Pu-erh tea leaves demonstrate that:

  • regulates blood sugar levels,
  • helps eliminate toxins that are assimilated through nutrition,
  • facilitates digestion,
  • has anti-inflammatory properties,

Its most interesting feature is that it intervenes on the liver's metabolism , helping the body to assimilate less fat, so it can be a valid support for weight control and high cholesterol .

History: Called "longevity tea" , Pu-Erh is the oldest tea in the world. It has been drunk for centuries, since the period of the Tang Dynasty (620-907), in the Yunnan area and in the provinces bordering Tibet. Also known as Puer, Pu'erh or Pu- erh Black Tea.

Packaging: double layer bag (paper outside / aluminum inside). Zip closure , in this way the leaves retain all their freshness and aroma even after opening.

Its low theine content allows it to be enjoyed at any time of the day.

Liqueur when drunk hot, it transforms into an excellent aperitif when drunk cold.

Temperature: 95-100°C (203-212°F)
