Sage is widely used in the kitchen, in many recipes of the Mediterranean diet. It is known for its warm and decisive flavour.
It is ideal for flavoring meat and fish dishes.
Sage herbal tea: half a teaspoon of dried sage for 200g of 85-90° water.
Leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes or if you prefer a more intense flavor you can increase the infusion to 6-7 minutes and serve immediately.
You can sweeten it with a pinch of raw honey.
Storage : store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
Packaging disposal : Cellophane is biodegradable.
