Description

When to serve it : during the day. To be enjoyed in moments of relaxation and peace.

How to prepare it at home :
Quantity : 2-3g of product per cup (250ml).

Water temperature : approximately 50-60° C

Infusion : the leaves can be used for up to 4 infusions.

  • Before : Time approx. 1 minute.
  • from the second to the fourth : +10 seconds at 60° C
Use the best water : the water temperatures and infusion times indicated for good tasting include a type of water with a low fixed residue, around 20 - 40 mg/L

    Shutaro Hayashi is part of the fifth generation of tea producers, which began in 1897 at the foot of the KIRISHIMA Mountains on the island of Kyushu. Most of the tea gardens are located in a large area completely surrounded by forest.
