Description

The Cream of Happiness is a truly healthy cream with over 90% raw organic PGI hazelnuts from Piedmont and raw organic acacia honey .

It is prepared only with finely ground hazelnuts and honey from the Apenocciola farm on the hills of Revigliasco (TO), near the Maddalena Park.

Taste : the classic raw hazelnut flavor with a delicate aftertaste of bitter cocoa given by the carob. It is less sweet than our organic hazelnut cream toasted with honey.

The entire process is artisanal and only 3 organic ingredients are used:

1. Organic raw Piedmont PGI hazelnuts : the most prized hazelnut, the "Gentile Trilobata" PGI hazelnut. Unlike all other spreadable creams, including organic ones, where toasted hazelnuts are used, this cream uses raw hazelnuts .

2. Raw organic acacia honey that retains all its beneficial properties - unlike spreads with commercial honeys where poor quality foreign honeys are used.

3. Raw organic carob flour : made only of pulp, without seeds and without chemical additives. Rich in microelements, especially vitamins and minerals.

It is an artisanal cream, very different from industrial spreadable creams. It turns out exactly how you would make it at home.

Texture : a small quantity of hazelnut grain remains present which prevents the formation of the compact solid mass of the paste.

WITHOUT added refined vegetable oils (palm, etc.) or hydrogenated oils and vegetable oils (palm, etc.) present in commercial creams.

Its spreadability derives exclusively from the presence of oil contained in the hazelnut. To increase the fluidity of the cream, add a few drops of Apenocciola organic food-grade hazelnut oil .

The total lack of thickeners and emulsifiers can cause the oils to separate from the creamy part of the fruit but it will be enough to mix well for a few minutes to mix the cream again.

BENEFITS of Raw Hazelnut:

The hazelnuts are left to dry naturally in the sun as per ancient tradition. Thanks to this peculiarity, it is the only one that preserves intact the numerous nutraceutical properties of the fruit which are lost or deteriorated during roasting.

Therefore it remains naturally rich in good fats (oleic acid, linoleic acid), Vitamin E , B group vitamins , minerals and fibre .

The combination with organic raw honey rich in enzymes makes the nutrients in the hazelnuts highly assimilable by the body.

WITHOUT DYES . The color is completely natural.

WITHOUT : added vegetable oils, palm oil, GMOs, sugar, milk, flavors and preservatives.

Instructions

Breakfast : excellent for a healthy and balanced breakfast. Spread on bread, toast, or biscuits.

Energizing snack : healthy snack for children, adults and athletes.

Advice : being a 100% natural product, the hazelnut oil can separate and rise to the surface. Mix to obtain the creamy consistency again.
