Organic mountain maple honey collected in Val di Zoldo , within the Belluno Dolomites National Park .
It is a very rare and valuable variety and all the experience of our beekeeper Renato Panciera, specialized in mountain honey, is necessary to produce this mountain maple honey.
Features :
- Color: light amber, tends towards beige when crystallized
- Odor : persistent, musky.
- Taste : delicate, medium sweetness, with hints of toffee and cotton candy.
- Physical state : crystallizes quickly but always remains soft and creamy.
High mountain harvest area. A high altitude honey, harvested above 1,000 meters at the end of April. To be able to produce it, the bee colonies must emerge healthy and strong from the winter period.

Instructions
An excellent honey to savor directly and to spread or to combine with plain yogurt. In cooking it is recommended with medium-aged cheeses.
