Features :

• Color: light amber, tends towards beige when crystallized
• Odor : persistent, musky.
• Taste : delicate, medium sweetness, with hints of toffee and cotton candy.
• Physical state : crystallizes quickly but always remains soft and creamy.

High mountain harvest area. A high altitude honey, harvested above 1,000 meters at the end of April. To be able to produce it, the bee colonies must emerge healthy and strong from the winter period.
