Raw and UNTOASTED Hazelnuts

This oil is obtained using an innovative press that allows cold pressing of the oil from raw hazelnuts. The maximum temperatures reached during processing range between 45 and 55°C for a few seconds.

Only in this way are precious vitamins (especially vitamin E), essential fatty acids, and polyphenols preserved, which are the source of the much-publicized beneficial antioxidant properties.

Solvent-Free

As with other vegetable oils, even those labeled "cold-pressed hazelnut oil" can be obtained using extraction with chemical solvents (often toxic). These then end up in the oil.

In our oil, extraction is respectful and delicate, without the use of solvents. The oil is then patiently clarified by natural sedimentation and bottled without the use of filters, in accordance with the biodynamic calendar, in harmony with natural and cosmic influences.

The scent of hazelnut in oil

In addition to the valuable functional characteristics, it is fabulous to perceive the same scent of freshly picked hazelnuts. I suggest keeping it in the fridge (vegetable department) to find it unchanged in the months of use.
