Organic pollen collected by bees during the most abundant flowering periods in the unspoilt meadows and woods of the Dolomiti Lucane (Gallipoli Cognato Regional Park) in Basilicata, Italy.
The apiaries are located near the small village of Castelmezzano, known as the "City of Nature" and a member of the prestigious club of "I Borghi più belli d'Italia" (The Most Beautiful Villages of Italy). This stunning and unspoilt natural setting in southern Italy is home to magnificent birds of prey such as the red kite, kestrel and peregrine falcon.
Main flower sources
The pollen comes from a wide variety of flowers, mainly oak, dandelion, hawthorn, sulla, clover, melilot and blackthorn.
Thanks to its rich diversity of flowering sources, this organic pollen is of exceptional organoleptic quality and a valuable resource for general wellbeing.
Dehumidification process
The pollen is frozen immediately after collection and gently dehumidified at a maximum temperature of 30°C. The dehumidification process is carried out in small batches to ensure that the pollen remains fresh for as long as possible, preserving most of its active ingredients.

This pollen is produced using organic beekeeping methods, respecting traditional craftsmanship and the bees and their hives as much as possible.
No chemical treatments.
