The Ferrari farm is a small family-run business located at the foot of the Canossa castle among the hills of Pecorile , in the province of Reggio Emilia. It produces Parmigiano Reggiano DOP in full respect of nature, using clean energy of the sun and following only the method of Organic production since 1998.
The animals are raised with care, fed with fodder exclusively from the farm, free of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Access to pasture creates the ideal condition for the longevity and health of the animals, the feed is strictly organic and care is used exclusively homeopathic And physiotherapy without the use of synthetic medicines (antibiotics, hormones, cortisone).
The entire supply chain : milk production (stable), processing (dairy), maturing (warehouse) and packaging is totally certified organic .
The company got two gold medals at the World Cheese Award of 2014 he was born in 2015.
