Cristina García, an expert biologist and director of the small family business La Patrona, has been involved in marine issues for many years, from the management of marine protected areas to sustainable fisheries and aquaculture.
Her love for the marine environment and her experience led her to create this initiative for the production of organic seaweed for human consumption. A small reality, ecological, sustainable and based on principles of equality, which highlights the female figure in the rural marine environment.
