This classic panforte is made with the finest ingredients:

• Tuscan type 0 wheat flour, less refined and healthier than the type 00 flour usually used in pastry.
• Premium Sicilian almonds, carefully hand-selected to ensure purity.
• Candied fruit (oranges and lemons) processed using traditional methods to obtain a soft texture and sweet flavour.
• Tuscan honey.

Our Panpepato no contains:

• Refined vegetable fats (such as palm oil, sunflower oil, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids).
• Preservatives.
• Synthetic or artificial flavourings.
