Description

This condiment is like an organic vegetable stock cube made only with fresh aromatic herbs from Alto Adige, preserved in salt, and is perfect for flavoring soups and sauces.

Lovage, carrots, parsley, leeks, celery and sea salt are the only ingredients in this dressing. Its flavor is completely natural.

The herbs are grown on the Alpe di Siusi in South Tyrol outdoors (not in a greenhouse) in a unique nursery. Like all the herbs from the Pflegherof farm, this seasoning also has many beneficial properties as it has not undergone any chemical or industrial treatment. In fact, artisanal techniques allow us to obtain and preserve the highest concentration of active ingredients of the plants.
