Excellent quality organic sencha tea , harvested by the Morimoto family on the island of Kyushu in southern Japan. Miyazaki Prefecture is renowned for the production of green tea.
It is ideal for approaching high quality Japanese green tea.
This Sencha tea is made from 3 varieties of tea that the Morimoto family has expertly blended in a perfect proportion to give great harmony to this tea.
Oku Midori leaves are the basis of this tea and give it a tender and soft character, Minami Sayaka instead gives it the sweetness and bright green color, while Oku Yutaka creates the depth of the aroma.
Delicate and soft superior grade leaves have been selected.

ANTIOXIDANTS : The cultivations of Sencha Minami Sayaka Tea are located in very sunny places. Harvested and processed by Haruyo & Shigeru Morimoto within a few hours and for this reason it does not undergo any oxidation process .
ARTISAN ORGANIC : Organic farming methods have been used in the Morimoto Gardens for 40 years.
Why prefer organic Japanese sencha?
The organically grown tea plant can live up to 200 years while conventional cultivations where chemicals are used exhaust the plant after just 20 years. Furthermore, in organic cultivations, sencha tea has more flavor and greater beneficial properties .
PURITY: A short supply chain organic Matcha tea produced without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, dyes and additives.
Furthermore, our organic matcha teas are subjected to careful analyzes every year, carried out at the Galab Laboratories in Hamburg, Germany.

Storage : to best preserve the beneficial properties of matcha tea such as antioxidants, vitamins, chlorophyll and caffeine, it is recommended to store it in the refrigerator.

Instructions
How to prepare it at home
Quantity : 2 teaspoons (approximately 5g) of product per 400ml
Water temperature : 65-70° C
Infusion : 60 seconds for the first infusion, 15 seconds for the second, 30-45 seconds for the third infusion.
Use the best water
The water temperatures and infusion times indicated for good tasting include a type of water with a low fixed residue, around 20 - 40 mg/L
Conservation :
After opening it is recommended to close the package with tweezers to preserve all the freshness and aroma even after opening. Ideal to keep it in the fridge.
