Aloe Vera Artesana

Since 1993 , the artisan José Martínez Pérez has been working freshly harvested aloe leaves in his laboratory in Guadix (Granada) to obtain real fresh aloe gel from the internal fillet . Considered a pioneer in Spain in the processing of aloe, in his laboratory every operation is still carried out manually in order not to deteriorate the properties of aloe in any way and to keep it as close as possible to its natural state.

All the aloe leaves come from the estate located in Macael , a small town near Almeria in Andalusia . In this place, the warm and humid climate allows the plant to grow and thrive. According to José this is the best place in Europe to grow aloe.
