From the passion for nature and respect for its rhythms, the San Nicola farm was born: a small reality among the Marche hills where the bees have found a welcoming and varied environment, protected and above all natural . Indiscriminate cuts are avoided, no type of treatment is used, intervention in the woods and land has been limited to a minimum with the intention of preserving a wooded spot predominantly of oak leaving her completely intact .
In the 3 apiaries located within the distribution area, water points were created and the existing ones generated by a underground aquifer were preserved as much as possible. The varied and distributed flowering cycle during the course of the year allows the production of different types of honey without subjecting the bees to forced migrations, to long harvest journeys and above all allows them to have a constant importation from February to September forwarded.
The study of the different flowering times allows us to obtain, with sedentary beekeeping, excellent results in terms of family health and yield, even in difficult years or with constantly changing climatic situations.
