Daniele Cossu produces his excellent organic honeys in Simaxis, one of the municipalities in the lower Tirso valley, which have won several awards at national competitions.
More than 20 years ago Daniele, who lived in Milan, could not resist the call of his Sardinian homeland and so he returned and together with his brother Andrea they started the Arbarèe farm, located in the ancient Arboretum lands.
They produce some of the best Sardinian honeys: eucalyptus, cistus, strawberry tree, asphodel, Mediterranean scrub, sulla, German lady's wife, thistle.
