Giuseppe Brozzu and his family have been dedicated to caring for centuries-old olive groves in the Castelsardo area. Over time, they have also planted young olive trees on the hills of Sorso and Sennori, cultivating them according to the principles of organic farming. The cultivars they grow are "Bosana" and "Semidana," both typical of Sardinia.
Giuseppe Brozzu's olive groves boast an extraordinary exposure to the sun and sea breezes, with a close view of the Corsican mountains. These unique conditions allow Giuseppe Brozzu to produce an extra virgin Sardinian olive oil with the temperament, aromas, and lightness typical of high-hill oils.
In 2018, the company equipped itself with an internal mill, enabling the processing of olives within 2/3 hours of harvesting, further enhancing the characteristics and quality of the oil. Nothing goes to waste: even the processing residues are spread back into the olive groves to provide organic matter.
