They have been growing herbs according to organic methods since 1990 . They were members of the association Bioland , Demeter and currently of the “ Alternative Growers Association ”. It is a regional association, made up of a few organic farmers That they give up to the use of any chemical, a cultivation without chemical fertilizer , herbicides And pesticides , without sulfur and copper.

The vital forces of the plants, the soil and their resistance to disease are activated through the multiplicity of species, the targeted tillage of the soil every week with organic fertilizer and compost.

Growing herbs is a lot of work. The harvesting of the herbs takes place partly by hand and partly mechanically with a special mower. Especially i flowers they must be collected daily, all of them by hand and some only to sunset . Even the transformation of herbs into quality products is done manually .
