Historic consortium made up of 11 small fishing cooperatives that have always operated in the Cabras pond . The consortium has carefully preserved the traditional production systems handed down by the older fishermen who worked in the old fishmongers of Pontis and in the Cabras lagoon.
The fishermen manage all phases of production and on the south-eastern shore of the Cabras pond there is "Su Scaiu", the traditional port of call for the cooperatives' fishing boats.
