Filippo Leonardi has been breeding 700 families of bees in organic farming since 2000. Care, respect and attention for these precious insects are the premises of the work on which Solmielato is based. Thanks to this approach, Filippo has managed to establish a relationship of special symbiosis and empathy with them, a real philosophy of his, which prefers the well-being of the hive to productive exploitation.

Faithful to organic standards, Solmielato does not use any chemical treatment and tackles the diseases that can inevitably affect the hives with natural methods applied several times to guarantee effectiveness.
